March 29, 2004: MTV Prefers Shaved
Less than two months after Janet Jackson's ill-advised Super Bowl half-time performance, MTV is at it again with its show "I Want a Famous Face". The show, which aired on MTV at 12:00 PM Pacific time on Monday, March 29th, shows a vagina up close of the girl who wants to look like Kate Winslet. The BMTG has a copy of the episode in question as proof of the incident. While it clearly shows her breasts blurred out, the camera pans down lower and a clear shot of the shaved vagina is in full view. The FCC, Drudge Report, and CNN were all notified of the incident, but while this seems more controversial than "Nipplegate," there has been no coverage in the news.
The episode in question has been aired repeatedly with no additional editing. The BMTG's resident Sexologist has confirmed that the vagina of the girl on the show does not resemble the vagina of Kate Winslet.
